Preparation is Everything: The surface must be clean, arid, and free from all dust, grease, and loose debris.
Measure Twice, Cut Once: Cut the flashing to size using a sharp utility knife or heavy-duty scissors, accounting for any overlaps.
Peel & Stick: Peel back the liner as you press the flashing firmly onto the surface, working from the centre outwards to push out any trapped air.
Pressure is Essential: Use a Seam Roller to apply firm pressure over the entire surface. This is critical to activate the adhesive and create a permanent bond fully.
Create Overlaps: If joining two pieces, overlap them by at least 75mm, ensuring water flows over the seam, not into it.
Mould to Shape: Use your hands to press and mould the textured flashing into the profiles of your roof tiles for a perfect fit.
