Shipping & Delivery

We have our own fleet of delivery vehicles with friendly, helpful drivers committed to getting your skylights to you in perfect condition. We deliver directly to your home or business at a time that suits you. Drivers unload carefully and can help move items to your desired location.

Alternatively, we offer TPN Connect delivery — a trusted network specialising in fragile items like skylights. You choose the delivery method that works best for you when placing your order.

• Orders received within 5 working days (unless on back-order)
• We contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time after payment
• Our own drivers cover all London M25 deliveries for guaranteed safe arrival
• Outside M25: external shipping network — they will call you to book a time
• Delivery hours: Mon–Fri 8 am–5 pm (occasionally up to 8 pm due to traffic)
• 1–2 hours' notice given on the day; no specific time slot can be guaranteed
• You or your builders must be on site to accept the delivery
• If no one is available and we cannot reach you, the order will be returned to our warehouse

Standard sizes (2–3 days): 600×600, 750×750, 900×600, 900×900, 1000×1000, 1200×600, 1200×900, 1200×1200, 1500×1000, 2000×1000. Any other size: 10–15 working days.
