Our Walk-on units boast three layers of 8mm Toughened Glass, all laminated together, to achieve a lighter, yet strong walk-on surface. The thickness of the top glass of our units is 25.5 mm and is finished with a component laminate, making them one of the safest and most thermally efficient products you can buy.
Highly efficient performance
Our Walk-on glass units boast a U Value of 1.1 W/m2K, incorporating structural grade argon gas-filled double glazing. They are extremely thermally efficient and will retain the heat throughout the home, capable of using them internally and externally within the industry.
A choice of tint options is available to suit your design requirements, including Clear, Green and Blue glass.

All roof lights are made to order; sizes cannot be altered after glass cutting or toughening.

Step-by-Step Skylight Installation
1. Preparing the Opening
Upstand Opening: Allow for a 5mm tolerance on each side of the skylight.
Example: A 1000mm x 1000mm skylight requires a 1010mm x 1010mm opening.Top Glass Overhang: The top pane extends 50mm beyond the quoted size on all sides.
Example: A 1000mm x 1000mm skylight will have a top pane of 1050mm x 1050mm.Pitch Requirement: Minimum 5° pitch to prevent water pooling.
2. Building the Upstand
Use good quality timber that protrudes at least 150mm above the roof level.
Apply roof covering material to the upstand for weatherproofing.
Recommended support timber: 25mm x 50mm (2” x 1”) as shown in the installation diagram.
3. Sealing and Fitting the Skylight
Ensure all silicone application areas are clean and dry.
Place foam rope on top of the supporting timber to prevent pressure on the bottom glass.
Apply a high-quality weatherproof sealant to the upstand.
Position the skylight using suction cups and secure it in place.
Test water flow before final sealing to ensure no pooling occurs.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
All our shipping is Free of charge on orders over £400 within the London (M25) Area.
All standard sizes Walk On skylights are delivered between 3 to 6 working days.
Monday to Friday from 8 am until 5 pm.
We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time once payment has been processed.
Please add the products you want to your cart and enter your shipping address to view the delivery cost.
Our own drivers deliver within London (M25) in order to guarantee the safe arrival of all our products.
Please be aware that as our drivers are alone and pre-loaded in our warehouse, we will require you or your builders to be on-site for the acceptance of all orders.
For orders outside M25, we use an external shipping network. Once sent, they will call you to book a suitable date and time for delivery.
The Extra Economy Shipping options apply to all areas except Northern Ireland and Scotland.
Some of these companies may not have the right vans in place and might not be able to deliver to your door, so we might have to ask you to pick it up from the local depot (usually within a 20-minute drive). However, this is rare.
Most of our products weigh a considerable amount, varying from 10kg to 280kg, it may need more than two, four, or even six people to unload, depending on the size and weight of your product.
We will not accept liability for any broken skylights during the unloading process, as it is the customer's responsibility to organise this.
If the customer does not attend the delivery appointment or no one is there to accept the product, we will try to contact you by phone, text, and voicemail before our driver leaves your delivery address.
If we do not receive contact, we will have no option but to return your product to our warehouse.
